Helen Checketts trained as a solicitor in a firm in Leamington Spa and joined Band Hatton shortly after qualifying in 2001.

Helen has a wealth of experience in all types of residential property work including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, remortgages, right to buy, purchases of residential land and shared ownership properties.

She is a member of the Warwickshire Law Society. Helen lives locally in Kenilworth with her husband and two young children and is actively involved in helping at her son's school. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, cycling and watching a local football team.

Sarah Avern was born in Leamington Spa and trained as a Legal Executive whilst working for firms in Northampton and Leamington Spa before joining Band Hatton in 2003.

Sarah was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007 and specialises in all aspect of Residential property work, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, Shared Equity schemes and New Build plot transactions.

Sarah has two children and as well as enjoying spending time with her family, in her spare time she is a keen runner and photographer.
