Mark Moseley was born in Solihull and started his career in Financial Services where he worked for several years in the retail division. Mark joined Band Hatton in 2008 having already been in the legal industry for 7 years with Hall Smith Whittingham in Cheshire and Hadens in Staffordshire. Mark is the Practice Director for Band Hatton.

Mark’s role is business growth and development to ensure Band Hatton delivers service excellence to its business and individual clients in line with the best firms in the country.

In his spare time Mark enjoys participating, but mostly watching, sports.

Rob Rogers was born in Coventry where he received his formal training. Rob previously worked for HE Phillips as their Accountant in Coventry for 19 years before joining Band Hatton in 2001. Rob is the Accounts Manager for the firm.

Rob manages the day‑to‑day running of our Accounts Department and is responsible for all matters of the firm in accordance with the Rules of the Law Society and of the Regulations relating to a solicitors practice, including the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Solicitors Trust Account Rules.

Rob is a keen supporter of small theatre productions and enjoys the outdoor life. He is a member of the Institute of Legal Cashiers & Administrators and a student Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
