Mediation Solicitor

John French, Solicitor in our Litigation Department has recently qualified as a ADR Group Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. 

ADR Group is the leading mediator training organisation within the United Kingdom and we are delighted that John has achieved his accreditation.  

John has been a Solicitor at Band Hatton for just over 3 years and specialises in civil and commercial litigation which covers a plethora of legal areas including contract, landlord and tenant and other civil and commercial matters. 

John believes that qualifying as a mediator provides him and the firm with a real opportunity to significantly expand its range of services.   John says “there are very few qualified civil and commercial mediators in Coventry and Warwickshire and I believe that with the Courts encouraging the use of mediation more and more to resolve a whole range of legal disputes, Band Hatton is now in a good position to be able to tap into this ever growing market”.
