Dawn Mobbs was born in Birmingham and started her training as a Legal Executive in Birmingham before joining Band Hatton in 1989, and qualifying as a solicitor on the 1st October 1996. Dawn is a Partner in the firm and Heads the Family Department.

Dawn is a specialist in all areas of Family work and in particular in all areas of financial relief on relationship breakdown whether within divorce, cohabiting couples or civil partnerships. She is a member of Resolution and a Collaborative Lawyer.

She has been actively involved in the Coventry and Warwickshire Law Society where she is a council member and takes an active interest in local issues supporting the local chamber of Commerce and Coventry First.

Tracy Cross was born in Banbury and started her training as a Legal Executive in Coventry before joining Band Hatton in 1996, and qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. Tracy is an Associate.

Tracy is a prominent member of the profession and is well known for her expertise and knowledge in Family law. She is a fully trained Collaborative Family Lawyer and a member of Resolution. She deals with all types of family law including divorce and children's matters

Tracy is actively involved in Women in Business group, is a member of the Warwickshire Law Society and previously served as secretary for them. Tracy is a mother to two children and likes to spend as much time as possible with them. .
