Mark Ridley was born in Manchester and trained in Bromley in Kent qualifying as a Solicitor in 1992, and joined Band Hatton in 2008. Mark also worked for Thackray Williams in Bromley for 16 years. He is an Associate in the firm.
Mark specialises in all aspects of employment work including advising on disciplinary matters, unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, advising on and drafting contracts of employment, employment policies and procedures and compromise agreements.
Mark is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.
He is an FA qualified football coach and coaches his son’s football team.
